We want to make sure that you are extremely pleased with your purchases on this Site. If for any purpose, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Before delivering any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following provisions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
- can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted the online Return Form available on www.danielsclothing.com within thirty (30) days of conveyance; by completing and submitting our online return form you will receive your Return Number, which you must include on your return shipping label;
- the products must not have been used, worn or washed and, in any case, must be compliant with the requirements detailed in the section on Compliance Checks below;
- must have all disposable seals still attached with the disposable seal that must still be intact;
- must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
- must be sent in its original packaging;
- must be shipped back to our fulfilment house within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery;
- must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
- must be shipped from Canada.
- We currently do not offer exchanges
- Exchanges may be processed for items of the same price. Additional fees may apply.
If all these conditions are fulfilled, we will reimburse the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any special shipping costs. You can send the package with FedEx, Local post or, if you prefer, you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not gratify the conditions specified in letters a) and e) above
MADE TO MEASURE/CUSTOM/BESPOKE TRANSACTIONS
There are no exchanges or returns MADE TO MEASURE/CUSTOM/BESPOKE merchandise purchased. All sales are final. Any concerns or issues must be expressed within 24 hours of receiving the dress. No returns are accepted, upon submitting your payment/deposit. If there is something physically wrong with your garment, please contact us to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or because it does not look well on your body type.
Our primary consultation will necessitate a non-refundable consultation fee. For the Duration Of our primary 60-minute consultation, you will be meeting your in-house designer/s, and we will discuss your own style and preferred to look for your special occasion. This would be a terrific time to bring in photos of figures you like along with colour preference and to know what type of look you desire to achieve. Event type is also recommended and overall, how you want your appearance to look like are extra pluses that will help to decide on a certain style if you are completely unsure of what you would like. I would be more than happy to guide you on the best looks to fit your body type and personal style.
We often get asked to re-establish styles from other designers. Please note that every artist is distinct, so everything will not be as precise and to the top. Every designer has their own style and way of crafting. Patterns, sewing techniques, fabric choices and personal way of elegance and style is what makes each design distinctive. Though we are honoured for the challenge of re-creating an exact piece from a designer, we will not produce a precise model of that design since there would be slight variations anyway. So, to avoid any dispute we would rather stay away from situations like these. If there are certain details, you like about certain contours and shapes we can develop a custom creation based on those contours, profiles, and shapes.
From Vision to Concept
Once the style is determined, we will also talk about fabrics and colourways. We keep exceptionally limited fabrics in store, however with our fabric connections we can get an array of fabrics to make your vision come to life. For any fabrics samples that are not in store, we can handpick samples and have them delivered to our studio and usually have them delivered within 1-2 weeks if not locally available. If you choose this option, we will let you know once the fabrics arrive by sending photos of the fabrics to you for your approval. For any reason, if you would like to make any changes to your design, please let us know within 24 hours of consultation.
We are a bespoke and custom-tailor, so to guarantee ideal fit we will obtain measurements on the day of your consultation. For best fit, it would be recommended to come with fitted clothes preferably, if you are a woman please come in leggings, a man please in nice, fitted pants and a fitted top so that your correct figure is captured. Bulky or baggy clothing makes it ridiculously hard to achieve true measurements. For bodysuits or jumpsuits, we will take crotch and girth measurements, so it would be best to wear pants or shorts to obtain your true measurements. We are not held accountable for any measurements made and sent that were not made by us. If you are not local, we can send you a measuring tape and host a video conference to make sure, you are measured correctly. At this time, please let us know if you plan to lose or gain weight because once we obtain your sizing and if the garment is too small due to drastic changes, we will not be held responsible.
For a special occasion, the process will be between 4-12 weeks. After your approval of the style and fabric samples, we will begin your order. At this time, please make sure 80% of your charges are paid in full because we are unable to start your order until payment is made. This payment will ensure your fabrics are ordered and we are ready for production. Delays on payments will result in delays in your order and we would be downhearted for not being able to serve you for your special day.
Close to the completion of your order, we will ask you to come in for a fitting. During this time, you will try on your garment. Minor adjustments can be made such as taking in the garment more and making us aware of any imperfections or detail issues with your garment. During the fitting, we will make note of any necessary changes and have those adjustments corrected within 3-5 business days. Once everything is completed you will come back in for a final fitting and pick up. Prior to leaving with your garment, we will require a sign off that you are satisfied with your garment. Leaving with your garment and signing off ensures that your garment has been inspected and that you are completely satisfied.
